You have hired Stacy Nicole Interiors, Inc. to design and complete a vision for your space, and we ask that you do not select or purchase items because that selection may not be a fit for the design, space, or budget. You will receive a detailed Specification for items to be purchased directly.
We do our best to give you a full cost outlook of each item, but additional costs such as storage, shipping, installation, or unexpected labor do occasionally happen.
We Love working with other design professionals to create your custom space. We prefer to use professionals that we have worked with on previous projects.Stacy Nicole does not provide contractor services; all independent architects and contractors although an integral part of the process are not employees of Stacy Nicole Interiors.
The timeline depends on the project's scope and the items purchased. Occasionally, delays may occur due to weather, vendor schedules, factory mistakes, or other unforeseen factors beyond my control. Both the client and all professionals involved are expected to avoid causing unnecessary delays in the project.
After receiving a proposal, you have 3 days to accept or decline the item. To confirm acceptance, please provide a signed copy of the proposal or approve it on Studio Projects, along with full payment, to proceed with the order. No item will be ordered until the signed proposal and full payment are received by the Designer.
Most orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable. If a full refund is possible, you may cancel the order and receive a refund for the item’s cost, minus the purchasing fee and any other applicable charges. Time spent on canceled orders will be billed hourly. Custom orders are non-refundable.
We strive to provide a complete cost estimate for each item; however, additional proposals must be approved and paid within 3 days. Invoices for time billing and reimbursable expenses are due within 14 days. Any invoice overdue by more than 30 days will incur a 10% late fee per month, and all work will be paused until payment is received.
Our policy is to conduct one comprehensive installation of all items, including furniture and accessories purchased. Items bought through Stacy Nicole Interiors are stored in a licensed, bonded, insured, and climate-controlled warehouse until installation day. We do not deliver items directly to client spaces or in multiple trips. Clients are responsible for all shipping, storage, and delivery fees.
